This package includes a layout tailored to the content you provide, one consolidated design revision round, and source files for your public website after full payment. The remaining balance is due before launch or handoff. The first-year bundle includes 12 months of Static Hosting, with no ongoing content changes; domain registration and renewal fees are separate.

What makes the Business build or subscription different?
The Business Website package adds a customer inquiry workflow and a resource library, with ongoing support for both. It includes one standard inquiry or quote-request form for ordinary contact details (such as name, email, and a message), with email delivery, up to 10 supplied public download files (50 MB total), links to existing booking or payment services, two consolidated revision rounds, and source-file handoff. Visitors don’t need to log in to access public files. Private accounts, uploads, payments, integrations, and custom workflows require a separate quote for setup and managed services.

For a static site, renewal is $100/year for Static Hosting, with no ongoing content changes. Domain fees are separate. Applications receive a custom setup, hosting, and support quote before work begins.

The starting price includes initial integration and one year of online hosting for a straightforward, ready-to-host static website. Business applications, server-side software, databases, and user accounts cost more and are quoted around their needs.
Hosting starts at launch. We’ll agree on the scope, renewal price, and any extra costs before work begins.

These plans cover public websites. Your first-year bundle includes the plan listed above; the prices below apply when you renew or purchase hosting separately. The existing-static-site offer renews on Static Hosting. SaaS and application hosting are quoted for your project.

Changes are handled case by case. Minor updates usually involve text, images, links, or supplied documents on an existing page. We’ll agree how your requests fit the plan, how they’re grouped, and when they can be completed. Larger requests and occasional exceptions are discussed individually; any extra cost is agreed before work starts. Business websites require Managed Hosting or higher, at a minimum of $20/month or $200/year.

We aim for the lowest fair price for the work you need. We can adjust the scope and price to fit your project; the Business hosting minimum still applies. Let’s go over the options by email, phone, or web meeting.

Billing, cancellation & support
Clear prices. Prices are in USD. Hosting starts at launch; domain fees, outside services, and applicable taxes are separate. Your written quote lists build and hosting amounts separately, even in a bundle. Domain management covers connection, DNS changes, and renewal coordination.
Renewal and cancellation. Monthly billing renews only with your agreement. For annual plans, choose manual renewal or opt in to automatic renewal at billing setup. We email the renewal date, total price, and cancellation options 45 days before renewal, with another reminder 7 days before. You can turn off automatic renewal by email before the next bill, with no cancellation fee. Any increase beyond your agreed renewal price needs your approval. If you end an annual plan early, we refund unused whole hosting months based on the hosting amount you actually paid. Completed build work is separate.
Fair refunds. If you cancel a build, we account for completed agreed work and preapproved, nonrecoverable outside costs, then refund the unearned balance. Deposits count toward your total. We explain the calculation within five business days and initiate an approved refund within ten.
Support and ownership. We acknowledge email requests within two business days and agree on a completion timeframe after review. A 14-day bug-fix window covers defects within the delivered scope. Your domain stays in your name; paid-for public-site files and a standard export are yours. Changes are reviewed case by case, unused allowances do not roll over, and extra fees require approval first.

Can we do everything by email?
Yes. Email is a perfectly good way to discuss your idea, agree on the scope, and review the site. A phone call or web meeting is available if you prefer, but neither is required.
How do we get started?
Send your idea and any examples you like. We’ll have a free initial discussion, give you an initial estimate, and agree on the scope before a deposit is due. Then you’ll review a working preview and approve it before launch. The package cards above explain payment details.
What do I need to provide?
Please provide your logo if you have one, final text, contact details, and images or documents you have permission to use. We’ll agree on the delivery schedule and required content before a deposit is due. Work starts after we receive your deposit and the required content.
Can you build logins, private files, or personal-data features?
Yes. A standard Business Website inquiry form includes ordinary contact details such as a name, email address, and message. Private accounts, uploads, sensitive information, and custom data workflows are quoted separately, with access, storage, protection, backups, and retention planned around the project. Public static hosting covers public website files.
Can the site grow later?
Yes. Start with the useful essentials and add pages, features, or integrations later. We’ll explain the options and agree on any additional work before starting it.
